I know a pig farmer upstate. It sounds like the start of a really bad joke, I know, but I do. Her name is Jen Small and she is the co-owner of Flying Pigs Farm. Before she began raising heritage breed pigs, she worked as a congressional aide. She told me that if their office received ten letters on the same subject in a day, they had to consider the issue.
